DESCRIPTION: Our Akron office has an outstanding opportunity for an energetic, motivated professional with 4+ years of experience to work in our Retirement Plan Design and Administration department. Job duties include, but are not limited to retirement plan valuation, nondiscrimination and compliance testing, and government reporting. Good interpersonal, technical and computer skills are a must as well as attention to detail. Prior experience with retirement plans is required as well as supervisory and client development skills.
