DESCRIPTION: This position will encompass supporting internal staff and external Healthcare clients and achieving appropriate service levels for client support and availability to datacenter resources. In addition, this person with work directly with other leads to formulate and implement forward-focused technical requirements to support this business area. This will be a lead position in a team, growth oriented environment.
Position Requirements:
- Degreed and/or appropriate certifications in a technology field of study
- 5+ yrs technology experience
- Strong working knowledge of Citrix Presentation Server (Citrix implementation / design exp is a plus)
- Intermediate Database Administrative Experience (Sybase used)
- Intermediate LAN/WAN Network experience (VPN configs, SSL's, IP troubleshooting. Etc..)
- Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills
- Great interpersonal skills and customer service experience as this position will have a lot of direct client support
- Previous exposure to a medical background is a plus
