DESCRIPTION: We have an outstanding opportunity for an energetic, motivated IT professional with 2+ years of experience to join our internal technology team. This position will be based out of our Solon office and will require occasional travel to our Fairlawn location. The ideal candidate must have an educational background based in this field and experience working within a current Windows networking environment and have advanced working knowledge of desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office applications. Previous experience with accounting software is a plus. The responsibilities of this position will include heavy contact with our employees as this is a help desk support level two position. The right candidate must demonstrate initiative, be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously, be able to complete tasks in a timely manner, work well in a team environment as well as individually, and be able to analyze and solve complex problems. He/She will be a self-motivated professional who possesses strong written and verbal communication skills as well as excellent organizational skills.
