We have a terrific newly created opportunity for a Senior Manager with a strong audit background to join our Real Estate specialists. The right candidate will have 8-10 years experience with an emphasis in the Real Estate industry and LIHTC projects in particular.
This individual will be responsible for
- planning, supervising and reviewing annual audit of Sec. 42 operating partnerships;
- coordination of annual tax services;
- annual accounting and auditing services to conventional real estate developers, owners and operators including CIRA and HOA.
Candidates should have excellent knowledge of GAAP principles applicable to these types of entities as well as a good working knowledge of tax principles and OCBOA reporting.
