CAT Update
Franklin County Court has found that the CAT can be imposed on the gross receipts of a grocer. The grocery industry had filed suit that the CAT was unconstitutional as imposed against the gross receipts of a grocer. Franklin County has found to the contrary. The grocers association is appealing the decision.
