SS&G Financial Services, Inc. (SS&G) recently restructured its real estate practice group to better meet the growing needs of its existing and prospective clients.  The increased attention to the group is intended to maintain a high quality of client service in the wake of the group's exponential growth. The emphasis on the practice comes as a result of the increased number of engagements that the firm has experienced in recent months, and includes the addition of experienced directors (partners) and services to support the growth. The firm's real estate practice group has more then doubled in size in the last five years.

"Even in this questionable economy, we have discovered that financial services, as they relate to the real estate industry, have become even more important. The demand for our services and expertise continues to grow and we recognized the need to reallocate our resources to meet this growth and ensure that the high level of service does not falter," said Gary Shamis, CPA M.Acc., managing director of SS&G Financial Services, Inc.

The real estate practice group is led by real estate veterans Mary Ann Gehringer, CPA; Michelle Mahle, CPA; Daniel Wander, CPA; and James Dannemiller, CPA.
