SS&G Named Business of the Year
SS&G Financial Services, Inc. (SS&G) was named the 2007 Solon Business of the Year by the Solon Chamber of Commerce. SS&G was honored due, in part, to its substantial growth, philanthropic endeavors, and commitment to the Solon community.
The annual Business of the Year award recognizes best practices, accomplishments, and community involvement of a member company. SS&G was selected from approximately 550 industrial, commercial, retail, and professional business members of the Solon Chamber of Commerce that were eligible. The award was presented at the Solon Chamber of Commerce 2007 annual meeting.
"SS&G is honored to be named the Solon Business of the Year," states Gary Shamis, CPA, M.Acc., managing partner of SS&G. "SS&G strives to ensure that Solon and all of our communities are better places to live and work, and it is recognition of this kind that is reinforcement that our efforts are paying off."
SS&G Financial Services was founded in 1968 in South Euclid. SS&G relocated to Solon in January 1989 and remains locally owned and operated today.
