Succession Planning Panel Discussion
Join us for a panel discussion on succession planning and, in particular, buy/sell agreements. Together with Scott Lewis and Mario Fazio of Meyers, Roman, Friedberg, & Lewis, we will address the need, benefit, and potential detriment to buy/sell agreements, including IRS legal requirements and constraints, hidden pitfalls of potential non-compliance, validity for one but not other purposes, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, and other practical application issues.
