1st Quarter Ohio CAT Return
The 2008 1st quarter Ohio Commercial Activity Tax return is due May 12, 2008 for registered quarterly CAT taxpayers. The Ohio CAT rate will continue to be 0.1560% for 1st quarter of 2008 and will change to 0.2080% beginning with the 2nd quarter of 2008. The next quarterly due date is August 11, 2008.
