Brad Saltz, CPA, Director of SS&G Restaurant Services
The founder of Restaurant CFO Bootcamp, Brad leads SS&G's restaurant division, which is dedicated solely to lending its expertise to hundreds of restaurants and franchises across the country. As the former CFO of Houston's Restaurants, Inc., Brad has first-hand experience with countless industry issues, including growth and expansion, benchmarking, tax issues, and compensation plans.

Adam Berebitsky, CPA, Director of SS&G Restaurant Services 
Adam is an expert when it comes to tax issues pertaining to restaurants. His extensive background in financial and tax consulting for the industry includes tip reporting, cost segregation, sales tax, and reorganization. He has vast experience in matters involving startups and acquisitions, such as obtaining capital and developing effective business plans. Adam served as the chairman of the AICPA National Restaurant Conference and is published regularly in Restaurant Hospitality magazine.

Phil has more than 17 years of finance, loan origination and advisory experience.

Dennis Lombardi

Attendance is limited to a small group. Reservations are on a first-come, first-served basis.

Course qualifies for up to 13.5 hours of CPE credit.  Credit hours are recommended in accordance with the Joint AICPA/NASBA Statement on Standards for Continuing Professional Education. Your state board is the final authority for the number of credit hours allowed for a particular program. CPE credits are calculated based on a 50-minute hour.  Save your course materials, bios, agenda, and certificate of completion and contact your own board or organization for specific filing requirements.

Restaurant CFO Bootcamp^® Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your reservations or reschedule for another bootcamp and receive a full refund if you inform us of your cancellation at least 30 business days prior to the event.

Cancellations made 15-30 days prior to the event will receive a 50 percent refund.

There is no refund for cancellations made less than 15 days prior to the event. No-shows will also be charged the full amount.

You may send a substitute to attend in your place as long as they are from the same organization and incur no penalty. However, we ask that you give us at least 10 days notice
