Registration

Currently, our online registration system only allows for credit card payments.  If you'd like to write a check, please register by e-mailing your name and sponsor level to  Golf@SSandG.com or call us at (800) 869-1835.  Checks should be made payable to "SS&G Financial Services".

Sponsorship Levels

• $2,000 - Memorial Sponsor (Includes four golfers)
• $1,200 – Tribute Sponsor (Includes two golfers)
• $800 – Hole Sponsor with golfer
• $500 – Hole Sponsor without golfer
• $400 – Single Golfer
• $100 – Dinner Only

We have additional sponsorship and advertising opportunities available that do not include golf, including a golf ball sponsorship and a variety of program advertisements. Details will be posted this spring.
