Online Career Transition Program 

Our career transition program is a self-administered interactive tool to help your employees transition successfully during a challenging period of downsizing, early retirement, or other transition from your organization to a new career.

The career transition program provides participants:

• Career development direction through work-style assessment - identifying natural work style strengths that are critical to career transition, success, and satisfaction
• Exercises to identify key work preferences - discovering preferred tasks, work environment, and rewards to help a participant select the preferences that shape their personal career goals
• Action strategies and an action tracker - helping participants with their career goals through a results-focused set of action strategies and an action tracker for planning and implementation
